It was pitiful. Everything was pitiful, the flora, the fauna, even the atmosphere grated on Cliffjumper's nerves. It was as if the very universe wanted to drive him insane. Even worse, he was starting to get lonely. Who knew that crash landing on some random aftbackwards planet would be so utterly boring?

The life around him was so... organic, horribly dirty and grimy, and fragging pits, he hated it. After three orns of wandering around, searching for something to keep him occupied, he was ready to beat his own helm in... in hopes that it would send him into stasis. At least then he'd not have to deal with being stranded.

Cliffjumper sighed, climbing over a fallen tree trunk and splashing into a deep puddle shaped like a footprint of one of the large predators that hunted in the area he had explored. He grumbled as he sloshed through it, and clambered further up the mountain side.

On his way back down he paused, crouching low in the brush. Though it was dirty, it did offer a great place to hide, even with his bright red paint. The jungles around him had always been noisy, but as he listened, he could hear distinct voices nearby. Finally! Someone who might have a way off the pit he'd been dropped into!

The Autobot shifted, ducking under a few low tree branches and continued along his way. Even if he did have a chance off the planet... there was always the possibility of the owners of those voices being hostile. Cliffjumper wasn't too keen on the idea of losing the advantage of surprise.

With that advantage in mind he actually smiled as the voices came closer, optics lighting when, to his delight, he found that the voices were at least speaking Cybertronian. All he had to do was check and see if they were Autobots or Decepticons... or even Neutrals. They came around one of the the trees, and Cliffjumper realized that he recognized the three mechs.

Decepticons, spies that were far too excellent at what they did. Spectro, Spyglass, Viewfinder... it had been a long time since he had seen them. Even so, the closer they got, the more he could see that they were just as dirty as he was, if not more so, as if they had been trapped and left to wander as well.

"Ooh, look! Pretty!" Viewfinder bounded up to one of the flowering plants that grew up the tree sides, red optics lighting up.

"Want a capture of it, View'?" Walking behind him, Spyglass snickered, teasing his team mate. Further behind, Spectro was laughing at them, looking around and seeming to enjoy watching the nature that surrounded them both. They weren't acting like they did in battle, or in any way their file said they did... it was actually rather refreshing.

That or he was just that happy to see someone, and not just rocks, plants, and organics that wanted to ingest him. Probably that.
